Dillon Jordan

Established in 1956, Jordan Insurance Group has evolved into a multi-location regional insurance agency.

Our mission is simple: Do what is best for the client while providing unparalleled customer service.

 

Our 60 year reputation stems from Winfred Jordan’s lifelong work and passion for serving clients and that hasn't changed. Our team includes industry veterans with more than 30 years experience and young professionals that are passionate about providing best in class insurance and risk management services to our clients across the United States.

Dillon Jordan
President

Dillon was born and raised in Ardmore, Oklahoma. A graduate of Ardmore High School and The University of Oklahoma, Dillon began his professional career in the oil and gas industry in 2010. From 2010 to 2013 Dillon worked in Land Management and pipeline right-of-way, until he was presented an executive role working in the family business, Jordan Insurance Group. Now President of Jordan Insurance Group and Vice-President of Jordan-Gray and Associates, Inc., in OKC. 

Dillon’s father, Steve, “returned home” to work with his father, Winfred Jordan in 1985. "Winnie" started the business in 1956 with his partner, John Snodgrass. As rare as family businesses are these days, Dillon was excited to return home and learn from his father and is now a third-generation family business owner.

Dillon enjoys his opportunities to meet new people and deliver meaningful insurance solutions which defines his passion for the industry.

A member of the OIPA Future Leaders and The First Methodist Church of Ardmore. Dillon is an avid golfer and has been playing since the age of 3. He enjoys hunting, fishing and attending live sporting events. He is married to Carlie Jordan and has two children, Heidi and Brooks.

Michael Gray

Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. Michael is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. Michael started his professional career in New York as a fixed-income analyst and after two years in the financial industry, made the transition to Risk Management and Insurance Broking. Michael developed his skillset within the industry working for Insurica and Arthur J. Gallagher. 

Michael specializes in delivering risk management and financial risk transfer solutions to a wide variety of clients in a multitude of industries including energy, construction, transportation and real estate. He has international experience insuring large property and casualty risks in North and South America, Europe and South Asia. He has extensive experience managing and negotiating large property and casualty claims both in domestic and European insurance markets.  His financial background has helped develop and create innovative solutions for transferring risk. 

As the Vice President of Jordan Insurance Group, Michael’s responsible for managing the risk management and brokering duties for key accounts. 

Michael is an active member of the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma sitting on the Membership Committee and the Future Leaders Advisory Council. His hobbies include, skiing, fishing, and traveling with his wife, Elizabeth. Elizabeth and Michael live in Oklahoma City with their son JD and dog Norman.

Ashley Harris

Ashley Harris is an experienced Insurance Risk Manager with a focus on Commercial Property & Casualty lines and Employee Benefits.  A graduate of Ardmore High School in 2000, she was President of the Future Business Leaders of America while attending SOTC and completing her Certification in Business & Computer Technology during high school. After graduation Ashley moved to California where she began her career in the insurance industry with the firm of Swett & Crawford in 2005 as a member of the processing team and immediately found her passion for the insurance industry.  Ashley held the position of Underwriting Assistant in 2008 when she decided to leave Swett & Crawford to return to Oklahoma.  Ashley then went to work for an Independent Insurance Agency, realizing she had an aspiration for serving the community and making sure her clients were protected correctly.   She has donated her time to many nonprofit boards and was a longtime Committee Member for Relay for Life.  She is currently the President of the Ardmore Day Nursery, and enjoys volunteering for several organizations in the Carter County area.  Ashley married David Harris, May 2017 and welcomed son Hunter Harris in September of 2018. They have a dog Snickers and cat named Smokey.  Ashley enjoys watching OU Football, hunting, fishing and being outdoors in her free time.
